The Alabama 500 is a Monster Energy NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race held at the Talladega Superspeedway in Lincoln, Alabama. Two time defending race winner Joey Logano will battle it out with Denny Hamlin, Jimmie Johnson, Kurt Busch, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kevin Harvick and all of the stars of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. As part of the opening ceremony, Team Fastrax™ will be performing an amazing patriotic display with their 2,000 sq. ft. American Flag, red white and blue streamers and smoke.

According to the Talladega Superspeedway website, in addition to Sunday’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race, the Camping World Truck Series Fred’s 250 Powered by Coca-Cola will be Saturday. There will also be a concert Saturday night by Colt Ford.
