From the Capital Gazette: Under adverse weather conditions but with precision even a midshipman would admire, skydiver Mike Bursaw successfully completed a mission he has performed many times before — a four-minute descent from the heavens, with an American Flag where all can see, that ended on target just before the opening kickoff in Annapolis.
“It was a little harder today than usual,” said Bursaw, who made his fifth jump into Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium this year. “The weather is always the biggest obstacle at the stadium. It’s never the same twice in a row.”
