Saturday, October 6th, 2018, Team Fastrax™ will make the Panther’s homecoming game at Heinz Field unforgettable with their fan favorite, patriotic American Flag demonstration jump.

At 12:20 PM, the Pittsburgh Panthers will kick off against their Atlantic Coast Conference rivals, the Syracuse Orange. Just before the game, right as the National Anthem starts to play, Team Fastrax™ will jump in with their majestic 2,000 sq. ft. American Flag, red white and blue streamers, and colored smoke.

The show will be displayed on the scoreboard with the Team’s live air-to-ground video feed, so spectators at Heinz Field can enjoy the experience on a whole new level.

“Team Fastrax™ is honored to perform our patriotic American Flag jump at such a momentous game,” commented John Hart, owner of Start Skydiving, and Founder of Team Fastrax™. “Heinz field is an amazing stadium and the homecoming game energy and excitement is sure to be palpable.”

According to the Pittsburgh Panthers website, following a two-game road trip, Pitt returns home and will host longtime eastern foe Syracuse. Both teams are looking to get back on the winning track following defeats last week. The Panthers are looking to snap a two-game losing skid following defeats at UCF and North Carolina. Syracuse suffered its first loss of the season, a last-minute setback at Clemson last week. Pitt and Syracuse have played every year since 1955, when both schools were independents. Pitt has won 13 of the past 16 games in the series but dropped last year’s encounter, 27-24. Tight games are commonplace between Pitt and Syracuse. Four of the past six games have been decided by three points or less. Pitt is 22-11 against Syracuse in Pittsburgh. That record includes a 7-1 mark at Heinz Field. The Orange’s only victory at Heinz came in the stadium’s inaugural season, a 42-10 decision in 2001.
